Fondue Italian Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound natural mozzarella cheese or imported fontina cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 pound fresh ricotta cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
Freshly ground pepper
1 loaf French or Italian bread cut in cubes with a piece of crust on each cube
Directions
Cut mozzarella or fontina cheese into small cubes and sprinkle with flour.
