Ingredients
Tenderloin of beef, cubed or sliced thinly
Olive oil or 1/2 butter, 1/2 oil
Directions
Place beef on a wooden tray or board, either place on table or pass for guests to help themselves.
Spear with a long-tined fondue fork.
Place meat in hot oil in fondue pot or chafing dish to desired doneness.1
