 Firm tofu32 Ounce, frozen
 Onion1 Large, diced
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), minced
 Nonstick vegetable cooking spray1

 Cooked kidney beans4 Cup (64 tbs)
 Chili powder2 Tablespoon
 Vinegar1 Teaspoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Tabasco1

Directions

Thaw tofu.
Press out excess water, then crumble.
Sauté onion and garlic in nonstick cooking spray.
When onions are tender, add tofu and sauté another few minutes.
In large pot, mix all ingredients and simmer for one hour, stirring chili frequently.
