Foil-Wrapped Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup (1/4 lb.) melted butter or margarine
1 loaf bread (1 lb.), split lengthwise or sliced
Directions
Brush melted butter over bread halves or on one side of each slice.
Reassemble loaf and wrap tightly in a double sheet of heavy-duty foil.
Place on grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of low-glowing coals for 10 to 12 minutes.
If needed, cut into slices
