Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rest at room temperature for 3 to 10 hours.
Prepare the Pizza:
Pour ¼ cup olive oil into a 9 x 12-inch rimmed baking pan.
Remove plastic and transfer dough to pan - spread with fingers until dough covers pan.
Flip dough once to coat with olive oil on both sides.
Let rise at room temperature 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 435*F.
Spread pizza sauce over dough.
Sprinkle evenly with shredded Mozzarella cheese or sliced cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until done. Watch so cheese does not burn.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, optional.
