Combine the pizza base mixes together, then add sufficient water, following the instructions on the packet, to form a firm dough.
Turn dough on to a lightly floured surface, then knead thoroughly until smooth.
Roll dough out to a thickness of 1/4 in/6 mm, then, using a 3 in/7.5 cm round cutter, stamp out twelve circles, re-rolling as necessary.
Place dough circles on greased baking sheets, spread each with pizza topping and sprinkle with cheese.
Leave in a warm place to rise for 15 mins, then bake for 15-20 mins, or until golden.
Leave on tray until required.
To garnish the pizzas, arrange twelve olive slices around the edge of each pizza to form hour markers and two pepper strips in the centre to represent the hands of a watch face.
Transfer to serving plates and garnish with the cherry tomatoes.
Serve warm or cold.
