Foamy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soft Butter or Margarine- 1/2 cup | ||
| Egg yolks | 1 , beaten | |
| Egg Whites- 2nos, stiffly beaten | ||
| Brandy or Rum- 1 tablespoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In the top part of a double boiler, cream sugar and butter.
2) Add the egg yolks.
3) Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly, until thickened.
4) Fold in the egg whites and brandy.
SERVING
5) Serve warm with desired dessert.
