Foamy Sauce Recipe
The taste of this particular Foamy Sauce recipe has occupied my senses so much that I hardly ever go for any other recipe of Foamy Sauce. Ingredients
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
Beat egg yolk until light and thick.
Add 1/4 cup corn syrup gradually while beating.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Gradually add remaining corn syrup while continuing to beat.
Combine mixtures by folding carefully together.
Fold in flavoring and serve.
Vanilla and almond extract may be omitted and 2 tablespoons dry sherry added.
