Foamy Hot Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup cold skim milk
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
Artificial sweetener to equal 2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon flavor extract (vanilla, rum, orange, etc.)
Directions
Pour milk into saucepan.
Sprinkle with gelatin and let soften for several minutes.
Beat with rotary beater over low heat several minutes, until sauce is hot and foamy.
Stir in sweetener and extract.
