Fluffy Light Meat Loaf Recipe
The fluffy light meatloaf is a savory and lightly flavored meatloaf made with ground beef. Combined together, the fluffy light meatloaf is made with meat mixed along with the veggies and flavord with garlic, aprsley and chili sauce. We love this meatloaf on a lazy weeknight and it gets fixed in a jiffy.
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Oatmeal | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 Tbsp finely chopped green pepper or celery | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Tomato Paste | 6 Ounce | |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten | ||
| Garlic | 1/4 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Black pepper salt | 1 To taste | |
| Chili sauce | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients, except chili sauce.
Form into a loaf.
Place in a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Cover with a layer of chili sauce and bake 50 minutes to 1 hour.
