Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whipping cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 eggs yolks, well beaten
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Place butter in 1-quart bowl.
Microwave on HIGH until melted.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Microwave 1 minute to 1 minute, 30 seconds on '5', or until thickened, stirring halfway through.
Beat with wire whip or rotary beater until light and fluffy.
Serve with eggs, fish or vegetables.
Note: Over cooking will curdle sauce.
