Fluffy Turnips Recipe
Ingredients
| Turnips | 2 Pound | |
| Beef | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, finley chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped |
Directions
Pare and cube turnips.
Cook with consomme over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
Mash in same liquid until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Reheat and serve with meat dish.
