Fluffy Rice Recipe
This fluffy rice recipe is a simple rice recipe cooked in boiling water. Seasoned with salt, the fluffy rice is easily prepared and goes well with almost any meaty or vegetable side.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/3 cups packaged precooked rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Bring water to boil over coals in a clean, one pound coffee can (with lid).
Add rice and salt; cover.
Set to one side not over heat to finish fluffing while meat cooks; let stand at least 13 minutes.
