Directions

Dissolve small package of Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add 8 oz. cream cheese, and stir until dissolved. Place mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, until it is beginning to thicken, but is not jelled. Now, fold in 8 oz. whipped topping, 1 small can of drained, crushed pineapple, and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Mix gently, and pour into a nice serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until ready to serve. This is a gorgeous salad with a wonderful mix of flavors that is great with just about anything--or by itself!!!
