Directions
1. In an electric skillet, heat butter for ten minutes
2. Beat egg yolks with flour, salt and three tablepsoons of water
3. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar til stiff
4. Fold the two together and add into the warm skillet; cover and bake for ten minutes

5. Serve with sour cream and fruit
