Fluffy Knaidlach Passover Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg yolks | 3 | |
| Kosher salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Matzo meal | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg whites | 3 |
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a beater, mix together the egg yolks and salt
2) Add in the matzo mixture and mix well
3) Place the mixture into the refrigerator to chill for an hour
4) In another bowl, add in the whites and beat using the beater till stiff
5) Fold the whites into the matzo meal
6) Using the hands, shape into 18 balls
7) Cook the balls in a boiling soup or salted water for 20 minutes
SERVING
8) Serve the balls warm
