Fluffy Graham Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
14 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup cooking oil
Directions
Stir together flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt; make well in center.
Mix egg, buttermilk, and oil; add to dry ingredients.
Stir to moisten.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
