Directions

Stir together flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt; make well in center.
Mix egg, buttermilk, and oil; add to dry ingredients.
Stir to moisten.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
