Fluffy Chocolate Icing Recipe
Ingredients
| Unsweetened chocolate square | 2 | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| 1/4 cup cream or top milk | ||
| 1 egg, unbeaten | ||
Directions
Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well blended.
Place into a bowl of partially melted ice cubes.
Beat with rotary egg beater, or electric mixer until thick and fluffy.
Enough for 9-inch square cake.
