Cauliflower - 2 cups, just the tops grated
 
Cheese - 2 cups, grated
 
Eggs - 2
 
Tomato sauce - as required
 
Salt - to taste
 
Pepper - to taste
 
Oregano - to taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 480 degree F

MAKING
2. Cook the cauliflower in a pot with no water and put a lid on it, cook for 10 minutes
3. After the 10 minutes, transfer into a large bowl and cool.
4. Combine cauliflower, egg, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, salt, pepper and oregano
5. Transfer the mixture onto a baking tray or a round pizza plate and spread evenly.
6. Bake at in the hot oven for 10 minutes
7. After the 10 minutes take it out of the oven, spread tomato sauce on top.
8. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
9. Bake at for another 15 minutes or until the base is crispy.

SERVING
10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
11. Cut into squares or wedges and serve.
