Directions
Beat eggs together with water.
Put bread crumbs on wax paper.
Batter fish by dipping each fillet first in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs, coating each side thoroughly.
Set aside battered fish at least 10 minutes.
Heat 4 tablespoons butter in a medium skillet.
Saute fillets 3 to 4 minutes.
Keep them warm while preparing shrimp.
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a separate skillet.
Toss shrimp in butter so that each shrimp becomes coated with butter.
Place shrimp down the center of each fillet, pour browned butter over fillets.
Garnish with lemon wedges, serve.
