Ingredients
| 1 Ige onion, chopped | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Small | |
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 6 flounder fillets | ||
| 2 cans mushroom soup | ||
| Grated cheese | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Saute onion in butter in medium skillet; add shrimp, mushrooms and parsley.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper; spoon shrimp mixture onto 1 end of fillets.
Roll up fillets, secure edges.
Place in well-greased baking dish.
Combine mushroom soup with 1/4 cup water; pour over fillets.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 400-degree oven for 30 minutes.
