Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2) Dredge the flounder fillets with salt and set aside.

MAKING
3) In a large ovenproof skillet or pan, heat butter and olive oil.
4) Stir in onion, parsley, and wine.
5) Place the flounder over the onion mixture and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
6) Arrange grapefruit sections on top.
7) Cover and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until top is browned.

SERVING
8) Serve Flounder With Grapefruit hot with mixed salad if desired.
