Flounder Fillets In Brandy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Brandy | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Pinch coriander | ||
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 lb. flounder fillets | ||
Directions
Combine olive oil and butter in skillet.
Saute green onions until soft, about 1 minute.
Add parsley, brandy and seasoning, cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat then blend in sour cream.
Arrange fillets in shallow, greased casserole.
Spoon brandy mixture over fillets.
Broil about 2 inches from heat, until top is golden and fish flakes easily, about 10 to 15 minutes.
