Ingredients

 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper-a pinch
 Nutmeg- a pinch
 Chicken stock1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Heavy cream1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry sherry1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg yolks-slightly beaten
 Cooked chicken1
 Cooked ham1
 Shrimp1 pound, deveined
 Pimientos-3 ounce jar,drained and chopped
 Green pepper1 To taste
 Patty shells, toast points or rice

Directions

MAKING
1)Choose a medium saucepan.Melt butter.
2)Add the flour and seasoning and mix till blended.
3)Add stock, stirring occasionally
4)Once it comes to boiling poit, let it boil for 2 minutes
5)Pour the heavy cream,sherry and egg yolks
6) Now toss in chicken, ham, shrimp, pimientos, and pepper strips.
7) Ensure it is well heated and blended.

SERVING
8)Add mixture to patty shells,toast points or rice
