Florida Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dill weed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Fish fillets | 4 Small, skinned | |
| Butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Grapefruit and/or orange rings | ||
Directions
Mix flour and seasonings; use to batter fillets.
Heat butter in medium skillet; saute fillets until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from skillet to a hot platter.
Put grapefruit slices or orange rings on top of each fillet.
Pour pan gravy over all.
Serve at once.
