Ingredients

 125 g/4 oz cream cheese
 Single cream4 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Cayenne pepper1 Pinch
 Black pepper salt1 To taste
 1 medium green pepper, pith and seeds removed and shredded
 1 large eating apple, cored and diced
 Pineapple1 Small, peeled
 Celery stalks3 Large, sliced
 Orange1 Large, thinly sliced
 Banana1 , sliced
 Lettuce leaves6 Large
 Radishes4 , thinly sliced
 Chives1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Beat together the cream cheese, cream, lemon juice, cayenne and salt and pepper to taste.
Put the green pepper, apple, pineapple, celery, orange and banana in a mixing bowl and pour over the cream cheese mixture.
Toss well to coat all the fruit and vegetables.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Line a glass salad bowl with the lettuce leaves and pile the fruit and vegetable mixture on top.
Arrange the radish slices around the edge and sprinkle over the chives.
Serve immediately.
