Florentine Salmon Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
1 envelope sour cream sauce mix
1/2 c milk
1/4 c mayonnaise
2 pkgs.(10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 t salt
1 t butter
4 salmon steaks, fresh or frozen
1/4 c buttered bread crumbs
Directions
Stir milk into sauce mix until smooth; let stand 10 minutes.
Blend mayonnaise into sauce mixture.
Spread thawed, uncooked spinach in bottom of greased, shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt, dot with butter, and place salmon steaks over spinach.
Spread salmon with sour cream mixture and top with bread crumbs.
Bake in a 350° F oven for 30 minutes or until salmon is done.
