Ingredients

 Spinach1 Bunch (100gm)
 Ripe tomato1
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finley minced
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finley minced
 Cider vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 6 - 8 oz.Tuna steaks - 4
 Vermicelli noodles8 Ounce
 Nonfat cooking spray

Directions

MAKING
1. Wash the spinach well.
2. Steam over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3.Let cool and cut finely.
4.Coat grill with cooking spray and preheat it 5 minutes.
5.Take a medium saucepan, mix together spinach, tomato, garlic, oil, vinegar, parsley, pepper and salt.
6.Let simmer for 10 minutes.
7.Place tuna steaks inside the grill and grill for 6 to 8 minutes. The grilling is done when the fish flakes easily.

SERVING
8.Take 4 serving plates and spoon vermicellu over each.
9. Pour some sauce over the vermicelli and place a grilled tuna over it.
10. Serve warm.
