Florentine Stuffed Meatloaf Recipe

Line sides and bottom of 9 x 5- in.

Place spinach packages in oven.
Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes, or until warm.
Drain spinach thoroughly.
In medium bowl, combine spinach and nutmeg.
Spread half of spinach over meat in pan.
Sprinkle cheese over spinach.
Top with remaining spinach; press lightly.
Form remaining meat over top, sealing seams.
Microwave at High 10 to 15 minutes, or until top of loaf is no longer pink and internal temperature is 150°.
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
