2 boxes (10 ounces each) frozen Chopped Spinach
 
1 package (1.25 ounces) hollandaise sauce mix
 
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Sauce or to taste
 
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
 
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
Prepare hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
Blend spinach, hollandaise sauce, Tabasco sauce and half of cheese.
Pour into 9 X 9-inch baking dish; top with chicken.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.
