Flex Your Tex-Mex Quesadillas Recipe
This Flex Your Tex-Mex Quesadillas is one of those different kind of quesadillas I love trying my hand at. You will have to try this delicious Flex Your Tex-Mex Quesadillas which tastes simply great. You will love it
Ingredients
2 16-oz cans (960 g) kidney or black beans, undrained
4 large flour tortillas
8-oz jar (240 ml) Pasta Sauce
1 cup (240 ml) cheddar or mozzarella cheese, shredded sour cream, optional
Directions
Empty beans into skillet.
Over medium-high heat, mash beans all over bottom until thick and mushy.
Take 2 tortillas and on each, layer beans, pasta sauce and cheese.
Top with remaining 2 tortillas.
Microwave at high for 1-1 1/2 minutes or brown in a nonstick pan 2 minutes on each side.
Cut each quesadilla in pie wedges and top with a dollop of sour cream.

Ok, judging by the time this was uploaded (34:45am), the person who did it was stoned out of his/her mind and thought this was good. Basically, all the flavors are OK, but it's basically a spanish lasagna and a total freaking mess with really bad presentation. Though, I suppose, if I was stoned, it would have been the best thing ever...
