I was very excited when I saw these recipes and couldn't wait to make the crackers as wheat and my body do not get along. However, I was most disappointed to learn that I would need a food dehydrator. It would be nice if this was mentioned at the beginning of the video so that my time was not wasted.

Hi Jane, are you a raw foodie? If not, then you can surely make these crackers by baking them in a slow oven at very low temperature until they are dry and crisp. You do not need a dehydrator. Since raw foodies do not eat cooked and processed foods, they do not bake or cook on the stove and hence use a dehydrator to free food from moisture. If you are not a raw foodie and are just looking for gluten-free or wheat-free recipes, I can help you out with several recipes.
