Directions

GETTING READY
1. Take a square tin measuring 7.5" and grease ir evenly

MAKING
2. In a bowl, mix sugar and oats and cream butter in another bowl
3. Fold the sugar and oats mixture into the creamed butter and bledn the three thoroughly
4. Add this mixture into the prepared tin and press it evenly using a pallete knife
5. Bake it for fifteen minutes at 425°F to get a golden brown consistency; to make sure it is evenly baked, you could also turn the tin when halfway cooked
6. Allow to cool slightly in the tin and, with a sharp knife, mark into the fingers and loosen around the sides
7. Turn around when the flapjack is firm, break into fingers and place on a wire rack to cool

SERVING
8. Serve as appropriate
