For marinade:
 Salad oil/Olive oil1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Dry white wine1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 White wine vinegar4 Tablespoon
 Green onions/Scallions1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), peeled and crushed
 Dijon mustard2 Tablespoon (Grey Poupon Is Fine)
 Salt To Taste
 Black pepper To Taste

Prepare the marinade and soak the steaks in it for 1 hour.
Place the steaks on a broiler rack and broil under the highest heat possible for 6 minutes on each side, or until the meat begins to brown.
You want the inside to be moist and a bit red.
Slice the meat across the grain and serve hot.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with Rice and Peas and Cauliflower Salad.
