Ingredients

 Fried-rice mix - 1 pkg (7 oz)
 Flank steak1 1/2 Pound
 Pepper red1 To taste
 Medium onion - 1, sliced
 Bamboo shoots1 Can (10oz) (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Bean sprouts1 Can (10oz) (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Soy sauce
 Ground ginger1/8 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)

Directions

MAKING
1 As per the package label directions, prepare the rice mix.
2 Slice the steak across the grain 1/4 inch thick, about 1 1/2 inches long using a sharp knife.
3 Wash the pepper thoroughly and removing the seeds and ribs, cut into 1 1/2-inch strips.
4 In a very large skillet, heat oil and saute the flank steak for about 5 minutes or just until brown and tender.
5 Add in onion and pepper strips, cook on high heat for about 3 minutes or until tender.
6 Mix in the bamboo shoots along with 3 tablespoons soy sauce and ginger; heat.
7 Transfer to a heated platter.

SERVING
8 Serve with rice and soy sauce.
