Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients
| 3 pounds flank steak, sliced into 1/4 inch thick strips | ||
| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
Directions
1) Saute the onions in 2 tablespoons of butter.
2) Sprinkle the flank steak with 3 tablespoons flour, and add them to the onions, cooking rapidly for 5 minutes on each side.
3) Add 2 tablespoons butter to the same pan and stir in 1 tablespoon of flour and the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes and pour over the flank steak.
