Flank Steak Recipe

This Flank Steak is my mother's very own recipe and also one we have used for many years. You can check out this flank steak results yourselves. Really tasty!

 3 pounds flank steak, sliced into 1/4 inch thick strips
 Onions2 Medium, chopped
 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Flour4 Tablespoon
 Vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard3 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Thyme3/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Cayenne3/4 Teaspoon
 Water1 1/2 Cup(16 tbs)

Directions

1) Saute the onions in 2 tablespoons of butter.
2) Sprinkle the flank steak with 3 tablespoons flour, and add them to the onions, cooking rapidly for 5 minutes on each side.
3) Add 2 tablespoons butter to the same pan and stir in 1 tablespoon of flour and the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes and pour over the flank steak.
