Flank Steak Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean beef flank steak
1/4 cup fat-free margarine, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup dry sherry
Directions
Combine sherry, margarine and garlic.
Pour half mixture over beef and broil 3 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Turn, pour remaining mixture over beef and broil for 3 more minutes.
Pour half mixture over beef and broil 3 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
