Flaming Shellfish Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons sherry
1/2 pound cooked crab meat
1 pound cooked, deveihed shrimp
1 small can mushroom pieces, drained
8 crepes
Brandy
Directions
Make white sauce by adding butter Tabasco sauce, and seasonings to milk.
Add beaten egg yolks and cook over low heat until thickened.
Blend in remaining ingredients except brandy.
Place crepes in single serving baking dishes.
Fill cavity with shrimp crab mixture.
Bake at 350° for 5 to 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with warmed brandy and ignite.
Serve immediately.
