Ingredients

 Brown sugar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Cornstarch1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Vinegar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Orange marmalade1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Peeled orange sections1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pineapple juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Canned pineapple tidbits1 Large (Undrained)
 Franks10 , quartered
 Maraschino cherries8
 Cointreau1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

Combine brown sugar,cornstarch, vinegar and marmalade in saucepan; add pineapple juice and pine- apple.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Turn into chafing dish; add franks, orange sections and cher- ries.
Heat through.
Pour Cointreau over top.
Ignite and serve.
