Flaming Spinach Salad Recipe

| Belgian endive - 1 small head, separated | ||
| Carrot | 1 | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Shallot | 1 Large, minced (Dressing:) | |
| Sunflower or vegetable oil - 1/4 cup | ||
| White wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing:) | |
| Walnut oil | 2 Tablespoon (Dressing:) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 Dash (Dressing:) | |
| Poire william liqueur - 2 tbsp | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
MAKING
1. In large bowl, combine spinach and endive.
2. Sprinkle carrot with lemon juice and add to bowl.
3. In a cup or a bowl mix all the dressing ingredients.
SERVING
4. Toss with the combined mixture in the bowl and serve.
