Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
In a saucepan, mix first 7 ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer until liquid has reduced to three quarters.
Fold in cream.
While stirring, continue cooking 3 minutes or until creamy smooth.
With a rolling pin, flatten dough.
Cut into six 5 inch (12.5 cm) squares.
Spoon 1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) seafood mixture into the middle of each square.
Fold into triangles.
Pinch edges to seal tightly.
Transfer turnovers to a nonstick baking sheet.
