Directions
1. Saute'onion and garlic in olive oil or vegetable oil until soft in a large skillet with a cover.
2. Peel, core and chop tomatoes; stir into onion mixture and cook 2 minutes; add salt, thyme and pepper.
3. Place frozen fish block in the sauce in skillet, spooning part of the sauce over fish; cover skillet.
4. Simmer 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Transfer fish with a wide spatula to a heated serving platter; spoon sauce over and around fish. Surround with boiled potatoes and cucumber slices; garnish with chopped pars ley.
