 Olive oil150 Milliliter (To be mixed into dressing)
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into dressing)
 Lemon flavoured mayonnaise- 4 tablespoons
 Mixed herbs3 Teaspoon, finely chopped (To be mixed into dressing)
 Garlic cloves- 2 no-€™s, peeled and finely chopped
 Salt1 To taste (To be mixed into dressing)
 Pepper1 To taste (To be mixed into dressing)
 Other ingredients
 Mangetouts75 Gram, blanched (To be mixed into dressing)
 Green beans1 Can (10oz), drained (To be mixed into dressing)
 Tomato- 6 no-€™s, peeled and chopped
 Onion1 Small (To be mixed into dressing)
 Lettuce leaves- as required
 Chives- as required, finely chopped
 Lemon twists- as required

Directions

MAKING
1. In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients (apart from lettuce leaves, lemon twists and chives). Toss gently.
2. Cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Place lettuce leaves on individual salad plates.
4. Top each with chilled mixture, chives and lemon twists.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately.
