Five-In-One Cream Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

| Lemon juice | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Sour cream | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |
Directions
Let cream cheese stand at room temperature to soften.
Cream until smooth.
Add lemon juice and onion; blend well.
Gradually blend in sour cream.
Chill.
Serve with potato chips, crisp crack- ers or crisp fresh vegetables.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
Fold in 1/2 cup drained capers.
Makes 3 cups.
Fold in a 2-oz. can anchovies, drained and mashed.
