Five-In-One Casserole Recipe

The five in one casserole is a meat, rice and vegetable casserole prepared with minced steak, rice and veggies. Layered with potatoes and onions at the bottom, with meat on top and finished with rice topped with tomatoes, the five in one casserole is baked and served as a flavorul meal.

Ingredients

 Potatoes2 Medium, sliced
 Onions2 Medium, sliced
 1 lb. minced steak
 Cooked rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes large can1
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Grease a fairly large casserole.
Slice potatoes and onions rather thinly.
Put potatoes in bottom of casserole, then onions, cover with minced steak, then rice and finally spoon some of the tomatoes over all.
Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Bake in moderate oven 350 F, 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes and onions are soft.
As this dish cooks it may be necessary to add more tomatoes.
