Five Minute Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 teacupful ground rice
1/2 teacupful castor sugar
1 egg
1/2 teacup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Jam
Directions
Mix thoroughly the four dry ingredients, add egg well beaten.
Put in a flat buttered tin and bake in a brisk oven for five minutes.
When cooked, spread with jam, roll and serve with custard.
