 Ground chuck1 1/2 Pound
 Onions2 Large, chopped
 1 28-ounce can tomatoes in tomato puree
 Kidney beans1 15 Ounce, undrained
 4 to 5 tablespoons chili seasoning, or to taste

Directions

Brown meat and onions together in a large skillet.
Add undrained tomatoes and beans and half of seasoning.
Simmer over low heat 2 hours or until sauce is reduced and slightly thickened.
A half hour before serving add the remaining seasoning and continue to simmer, stirring occasionally.
