Ingredients
| Fish bass | 2 Pound, sliced | |
| Oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , sliced | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| White wine | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Stale bread, thinly sliced | ||
Directions
Place fish in saucepan with all ingredients except bread.
Bring to a boil, lower heat, and cover.
Simmer for 15 minutes, cover bottom of a casserole with stale bread slices.
Remove fish from saucepan and place on bread slices.
Pour remaining contents from saucepan over fish in casserole.
Cover; simmer casserole for 15 to 20 minutes, serve hot
