Ingredients

 Onion1 , chopped
 Green pepper1 , chopped
 1/2 cup sliced green onion
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), minced
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Tomatoes2 1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato puree1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pinch of dried thyme
 Bay Leaf1
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Dry white wine2 Cup (16 tbs)
 12 small clams, in the shell
 12 small oysters, in the shell
 2 small lobsters or 4 lobster tails, quartered and cracked
 1 large or 2 small hard-shell crabs, split, with legs disjointed
 12 shelled and deveined shrimps

Directions

Cook onion, green pepper, green onion, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except wine and fish.
Bring to boil, cover, and simmer for 2 hours, stirring frequently.
Add wine and cook for 10 minutes.
Put scrubbed raw fish in large kettle.
Pour sauce over all.
Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
