| 500 gms mixed fish and shell fish, salted for 20 minutes and washed, and cut into bite-size pieces | ||

| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves | ||
| Onions | 1 Tablespoon, sliced (TO GARNISH) | |

Directions
Rub chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt on the fish and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Then toss the fish in with the butter and microwave covered in a shallow dish for 8 -10 minutes, turning the fish once in between.
Place the fish in the centre of a serving platter and sprinkle with coriander leaves and sliced onions.
Spread the potato straws all round the platter so that it looks like a basket.
